You can’t force the mind into silence. But you can clear the noise — until stillness is all that’s left.
That is the heart of Osho’s active meditations, and the path of these five sessions.

The five-class journey
One Sunday at a time, deeper in
Each session is a complete experience — and each one prepares the ground for the next. Join the whole journey, or step in for the single session that calls to you.
The Great Unburdening - Dynamic Meditation
You're carrying more than you think. A powerful, liberating release that shakes loose stored stress and emotion — then drops you into a silence you can actually feel. Come heavy. Leave light.
Energy Awakening - Awakening the Inner Current
Stuck, stiff, switched off? Gentle shaking and free movement dissolve deep tension and let your natural energy rise — leaving you tingling, alive, and deeply at peace.
The Sound of the Soul - Nadabrahma Meditation
The gentlest, most surprising evening of the journey. Through an ancient humming meditation, you'll harmonise body and mind with nothing but sound — quieting an overactive mind without any effort at all.
Lost in the Dance - Nataraj Meditation
Dance with your eyes closed, with no one watching and nothing to achieve — until self-consciousness dissolves and only joy remains. The most freeing experience of the course.
The Stillness That Was Always There Gourishankar Meditation
The journey comes home. After release, energy, harmony and surrender, the final session rests in deep, witnessing stillness — the clear peace that was inside you all along.

A real experience, not a lecture
- No experience needed If you've ever found ``just sitting still`` impossible, these active methods were made for you. Come exactly as you are.
- Your own private process Eyes closed throughout. No one is watching, nothing to perform. Whatever arises — stillness, tears, laughter — is welcome.
- Held with care Every session is gently guided and grounded, with safe modifications offered. You are always in charge of your own experience.
- Five distinct paths Breath, shaking, sound, dance and stillness — so you discover which way of meditating truly suits you.
- Tools to take home A simple practice after each session, so the calm you find in the room follows you into daily life.
- A genuine shift Most people leave lighter, clearer, and with a felt reference point for inner quiet they can return to anytime.

Meet Sumit Manav
Sumit Manav is the founder of Manav Yoga and a senior teacher whose work bridges two worlds too often kept apart: the depth of classical yoga, and the precision of modern movement science.
He has spent 2 decades teaching across the Inda, UAE, UK and internationally — guiding students, training teachers, and working with people of every age and ability to move better, stand taller and live with less pain. His teaching is known for being grounded and warm: serious about the body, generous with the person.
What sets Sumit apart is integration. He treats anatomy and philosophy as partners, not rivals — pairing breath, awareness and traditional wisdom with practical biomechanics and functional strength. When you train with Sumit, you’re not memorising poses. You’re learning to understand the body, and to teach from that understanding with confidence and care.

Before you book
1 I've never meditated before. Is this for me?
Absolutely. Osho’s active meditations were created precisely for people who find sitting still difficult — they give the restless mind something to do first, so stillness arrives naturally. No experience is needed, and complete beginners are warmly welcome.
2 Do I have to do the whole course, or can I try one?
Either works. The full five-session journey is where the deepest transformation happens, because the classes build on one another. But every session also stands alone — if you’d like a gentle first taste, Session 03 (The Sound of the Soul) is seated, soothing and beginner-friendly.
3 What if I become emotional during a session?
That’s completely normal and welcome — release is part of the point. The room is a safe, non-judgemental space, you practise with your eyes closed, and Sumit guides each session gently. You are always free to slow down, sit, or simply rest at any moment.
4 Will I have to dance or make noise in front of people?
Only with your eyes closed, in your own private bubble — no one is watching and there’s nothing to perform. Many people find this is exactly what frees them to let go. And you can always express as much or as little as feels right for you.
5 Is it physically demanding?
Some sessions are active (shaking, dancing, deep breathing) and some are very gentle (humming, stillness). Modifications — including seated versions — are offered for every practice, so you can take part within your own body’s limits.
