Never done yoga before? Good.

Most people who walk into my classes in Crawley have never done yoga in their life. They can’t touch their toes. They’re worried about being the least flexible person in the room, or the oldest, or the only one who doesn’t know what the words mean.

Nobody is watching you. There is no level you need to reach first. You get shown what to do, at a pace that works for your body — and if something doesn’t suit you, We will give you a different way to do it. That’s the job.

Three weeks is long enough to stop feeling like a beginner. That’s the whole point of doing it this way.

What £39 gets you

Three weeks. Everything on the timetable.

  • Unlimited classes for 21 days Come once, come every day. Your 21 days start from your first class, not from the day you pay.
  • Every style I teach Not one class type on repeat. Slow and strong, hot-blooded and restful — all of it included.
  • Mats and props providedTurn up in something you can move in. That’s it.
  • No contract and no auto-renewalIt ends after 21 days on its own. Nothing comes out of your account afterwards.

Bharti Gandhi

They are dedicated and profound. Their yoga classes are specifically designed and each class has benefits for different purpose yet all classes complement each class. Initially I was doing only Hatha and Yin yoga. With online classes I experienced all types of classes and I realised that all classes meant to be practised equally. The founder and teachers are just amazing and I am grateful for every class that I practise. Most importantly they maintain the quality of classes. So you can trust them to go for a long term practice.

Meet Sumit Manav

Yoga Retreat

Sumit Manav is the founder of Manav Yoga and a senior teacher whose work bridges two worlds too often kept apart: the depth of classical yoga, and the precision of modern movement science.

He has spent 2 decades teaching across the Inda, UAE, UK and internationally — guiding students, training teachers, and working with people of every age and ability to move better, stand taller and live with less pain. His teaching is known for being grounded and warm: serious about the body, generous with the person.

What sets Sumit apart is integration. He treats anatomy and philosophy as partners, not rivals — pairing breath, awareness and traditional wisdom with practical biomechanics and functional strength. When you train with Sumit, you’re not memorising poses. You’re learning to understand the body, and to teach from that understanding with confidence and care.

Questions people actually ask.

1 I'm not fit or flexible. Is this really for me?

Yes, and it’s who the 21 days are designed for. Flexibility is a result of practising yoga, not a requirement for starting it. Come as you are — every posture has a version that will work for your body, and I’ll show you yours.

2 I'm in my 60s. Am I too old?

No. Some of the steadiest practitioners in my classes started in their sixties and seventies. Tell me about your knees, hips or blood pressure before we begin and I’ll build around them.

3 What if I can't make many classes in three weeks?

Come to what you can. Most people manage two or three a week and finish with eight to ten classes behind them, which is genuinely enough to feel a difference. If you’re away for a chunk of the 21 days, just tell me before you book and we’ll start you on a date that works.

4 Do I have to book each class in advance?

Yes, so I know how many mats to lay out. It takes a few seconds online, and you’ll book your first three when you buy the pass.

5 What happens at the end of the 21 days?

Nothing automatic — the pass simply ends and nothing is taken from your account. If you want to carry on, I’ll talk you through the options in person during your final week. Memberships start at £59 a month and there are class packs if you’d rather not commit monthly. There’s no obligation either way, and plenty of people do the 21 days and leave it there.

6 Can I share it with my partner or a friend?

The pass is for one person. But bring them along — I’d far rather two of you started together, and they can take their own 21 days at the same time.

7 Is this a beginners-only course?

No. It’s open to everyone and the classes are mixed. If you’ve practised for years, you’ll find the Yin, pranayama and meditation sessions go deeper than most timetables in this area.
